ABC Juice
Ingredients:
- 2 apples (peeled)
- 1 large beet
- 1 large carrot (at least 1 cup worth)
- fresh ginger
- raw honey or sweetener of choice
- water
Benefits: Great source of fiber, beta carotene, iron, Vitamin K1, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, copper, folate and manganese. Helps lower cholesterol and high blood pressure.

Apple Cider
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of apples (or a variety of at least 8 - 10 apples)
- 1 orange
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- cinnamon sticks
- cloves
- 1 gallon of water
Benefits: Contains iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and potassium. Improves digestive health. Anti-inflammatory and full of anti-oxidants.

Beet Juice
Ingredients:
- 1 large beet, peeled
- 2 lemons
- fresh ginger
- honey or sweetener of choice (sugar, maple syrup)
- water

Burdock Root Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 - 3 burdock roots, cut into thinly sliced coins
- fresh basil
- fresh grated ginger
- raw honey or sweetener of your choice

Carrot Orange Juice
Ingredients:
- 3 oranges
- 2 carrots
- 1 tumeric root
- dash of black pepper
- raw honey or agave
- water

Chocolate Oat Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup gluten free whole oats
- 3 scoops of protein powder (flaxseed, almonds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds) pureed into a powder
- 2 - 3 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 - 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1.5 - 2 cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup ice

Ginger Lemon Tea
Ingredients:
- grated ginger
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- star anise
- raw honey
Benefits: relieves joint pain, eases menstrual cramps, reduces nausea, improves digestion, anti-inflammatory, helps lower cholesterol, star anise used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Green Juice
Ingredients:
- aloe leaf (cut in pieces and soaked for at least 2 hours to remove yellow latex - not safe to drink)
- 1 cup kale
- 2 limes
- 2 oranges
- water

Hibiscus Tea
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus leaves
- 5 cups water
- limes (optional)
- sweetener of choice (honey, sugar, maple syrup)

Aids digestion, helps lower high blood pressure (not safe to drink if on blood pressure medicine), helps reduce high cholesterol, full of antioxidants.

Horchata
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup white rice
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup water
- cinnamon sticks
Directions: Clean rice until it rinses clean (no cloudy water/ starch). Soak rice in a bowl covered with milk and cinnamon sticks. Store in the refrigerator overnight. Add milk to a blender with milk and cinnamon stick. Puree until rice looks like a chunky grain. Strain into a container. Add 1 cup of water to the blender along with the strained rice pulp and puree again. Strain again and pour into a container. Add condensed milk to the container. Shake well and serve over ice. Also goes great with coffee.

Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 kiwis
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup kale
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2 cups of water
Benefits:
Full of antioxidants and Vitamin C. Helps lower cholesterol, reduces high blood pressure, aids in digestion. Great source of fiber.

Tamarind Juice
Ingredients:
- 4 - 6 tamarind pods (1 cup)
- 8 cups water
- ginger
- lime juice
- maple syrup or sweetener of choice (sugar, honey)
